Tazpin 2026 Raffle: Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Tazpin, website: https://tazpin.org
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. Committee members of Tazpin and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Prize
The prize is a Pokémon Pinball Machine, valued at $16,000. The prize is as described and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The prize is supplied in “as-is” condition.
4. Ticket Sales
Tickets are priced at $100.00 each. A maximum of 250 tickets will be sold. The raffle period commences on Friday the 1st of May 2026 and closes at 12pm on Sunday 2nd August 2026, unless sold out prior. Tickets can be purchased via the Tazpin website.
5. The Draw
The winning ticket will be drawn at the Tazpin 2026 Event on Sunday 2nd August 2026.
Contingency: In the event that all 250 tickets have not been sold by August 2nd, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the draw to a later date, but no later than the 1st of December 2026. The draw will be conducted by random barrel draw and posted live on socials.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced live at the Tazpin event. If the winner is not present, they will be notified by phone and/or email within two [2] business days of the draw.
The winner’s name will be published on the Tazpin website (https://tazpin.org) and social media pages.
7. Prize Collection and Delivery
The winner is responsible for the collection of the prize from the Tazpin event or making arrangements for freight/transport.
Any costs associated with shipping or transporting the Pinball Machine from the venue are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize remains unclaimed for a period of 3 months a redraw will take place.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tazpin shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to Tazpin using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the raffle and notifying the winner.
